Shipping

We offer free drop off in Belleville, Ontario on prepaid ordern. We can provide FREE shipping in Ontario.  Currently we do not sell to the USA through this website.  Shipping to other provinces is charged at a flat rate of $35.00 allowing us to provide tracking.

Security

This website is encrypted with an SSL certificate.  Credit card orders are processed securely using Square. No credit card numbers are stored on this site.

Refunds

Wood Notes

Wood is a natural product and the grains are all different based on wood type and tree. Wood is not uniform in colour and each piece is different.  Even though every effort is made to enhance the wood to the best of our ability, sometimes the wood will have pits and slight imperfections.  We encourage you to see that as the uniqueness of the product and one of a kind nature of handmade wood items.  We do sand all wood to a minimum of 400 grit.

Custom Orders

Please note custom orders take approx. 2-4 weeks depending on the project.  The process is to contact us, agree on project elements and timeline, payment, design, proof, engraving, production and fulfillment.
